Terms
• All in-season bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM, Check-in time is 4:00 PM. No early check-in or late check-out permitted
• Pets are NOT allowed
• Smoking is prohibited in the residence
• Minimum renter age is 26. No Proms, Graduations, or College Parties
• Maximum occupancy for each unit is 6.
• A security deposit of $500 is required. The deposit will be returned when the terms of the lease are met
• A 50% payment is due at the time of the booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
